Former ‘N Sync member JC Chasez has hit out at critics of troubled Britney Spears, telling them to back off and leave her in peace. Spears stunned fans last week when she sheared off her hair and had two tattoos etched on her lower hip and wrist. She then checked into rehab and left within 24 hours. She has returned again to rehab. But Chasez, who appeared on ‘The Mickey Mouse Club’ as a youngster alongside Spears, Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera, believes the media should show sympathy to Spears instead of crucify her actions in the aftermath of her split from Kevin Federline last year. Chaseze says, “This poor girl is in the middle of a divorce! There is no denying it. I’ve known her since she was 12 years old. She is one of the sweetest people you have ever met. She has a heart of gold. A divorce at 25 is never going to be easy.”"The one person that she trusted more than anybody in the world now, is not with her. It’s a transition and I genuinely feel bad for her. I mean sure she goes out with a beer and cigarette in her hand and everybody flips out. She is 25 kids! It’s not illegal.”

Divorce Final
Dave Navarro and Carmen Electra are officially divorced. The ex-couple’s split was finalized in Los Angeles Superior Court. Electra and former Jane’s Addiction guitarist Navarro will split their assets and personal belongings according to a premarital agreement, court papers show. They will waive spousal support. Electra’s publicist announced in July that the childless pair was amicably separating. Electra cited “irreconcilable differences” for the break in court papers filed in August. They chronicled their November 2003 marriage on MTV’s “‘Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen & Dave.”
