According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Dept., Lohan was stopped around 2:15 AM.Police pulled her over after they got a call of a vehicle being chased by another vehicle. The chasing vehicle was being driven by Lohan. Lohan was driving a white Denali. She was chasing a Cadillac Escalade.Lohan was arrested this time for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and possession of cocaine. A law enforcement source connected with the arrest says, “Lindsay was ‘a real bitch in the field.’” The source adds, “Lohan was uncooperative and showed obvious signs of intoxication.” She refused to submit to a PASD, Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device, a chemical test administered in the field to determine blood alcohol levels. The police did administer a walk-the-line test, and Lohan flunked. Just last week, Lohan was booked by Beverly Hills PD for an alleged Memorial Day weekend DUI crash. She was due back in court on August 24 to face charges of driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and misdemeanor hit and run.

The assistant had just quit hours before.”The mother was afraid,” Padilla said. “She wasn’t quite sure what was going on so she called the police saying she wanted to make sure everything was going to be OK.” “The woman apparently didn’t realize it was Lohan who was behind her,” Padilla said. He didn’t know why Lohan was trying to catch the woman, whom he didn’t name. The woman drove her black Cadillac Escalade into the parking lot of Santa Monica’s Civic Auditorium, about a block away from the Santa Monica Police Department, followed by Lohan driving a Denali sport utility vehicle. “Authorities arrived and saw Lohan and the woman in “heated debate,” Padilla said. “Lohan and the woman each had two passengers in their vehicles,” Padilla said. After a field sobriety test, Lohan was arrested on two misdemeanor charges of suspicion of driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license and two felony charges of possession of cocaine and transport of a narcotic, Sgt. Shane Talbot said. Less than two weeks out of rehab, with another drunk driving case pending, Lohan had a blood-alcohol level of between .12 and .13 percent when police found her, Sgt. Talbot said. “During a pre-booking search, police found cocaine in one of Lohan’s pants pockets,” Talbot said. Lohan left Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility on July 13, after a stay of more than six weeks. When she left, her publicist, Leslie Sloan Zelnik said Lohan would voluntarily wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet. “In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served,” Zelnik said in a statement at the time. Padilla said he wasn’t sure if Lohan was wearing it when she was stopped early Tuesday.

The shoot was an “exclusive” for self-described “celeb friendly” OK! Magazine and it was a complete disaster. The photos are reportedly so bad, execs at the magazine are trying to decide whether to report what actually happened or sanitize the truth to protect Spears. According to multiple sources, Britney’s behavior during the interview was “nothing less than a meltdown.” She was, according to sources, “completely out of it” during the shoot. The photos are “so bad” to publish them could “kill her career.” Apparently, Spear’s eyes rolled back in her head at one point, causing her to look half dead. Her mood, was extremely erratic. She took frequent bathroom breaks the source says, and each time she returned, her mood would change. She was also completely paranoid during the entire interview, fearing at one point the ceiling was about to cave in on her. Spears also had some issues with hygiene on the set as well. At one point, she ordered some fried chicken to munch on. After she ate, she wiped her hands on a several thousand dollar Gucci dress that she was wearing for the shoot, staining it with grease. One of her dogs that she brought along, also needed some assistance in the housebreaking department. The on-set spy says that the dog pooped all over the floor, and Spears used a Chanel dress to clean it up. As for how Spears looked for the photos, it was another nightmare. OK! hired two of the best hair and makeup artists in Los Angeles to transform the once-bald Spears into something more presentable, but she ‘wasn’t having none of that.’ She refused to let them touch her, opting instead for her “friends” to do her hair and makeup.

Already facing charges for driving under the influence and misdemeanor hit and run in Beverly Hills, she racked up even more charges overnight in Santa Monica, and is now facing possible big-time jail time. The maximum sentence she faced for the original DUI and hit and run charges was 6 months for each. Last night, Lohan was charged with another DUI. If convicted of both DUIs, she could face up to one year in jail. Her problems don’t stop there. She was also charged with possession of cocaine, which is a felony and carries a maximum of three years in jail. Lohan is accused of driving on a suspended license as well, which carries a maximum of one year in jail. Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days for the same offense. As far as the allegation of bringing cocaine into a correctional facility, sources say that this charge will most likely be dropped, because it is only enforced if someone transports drugs to an inmate in custody. Judges don’t usually take kindly to arrestees whose crimes occur so close together. It’s quite possible that the proverbial book will be thrown at Lohan. She could face six years in jail.

Dupuy recalls Bennett being “hostile” and trying “to intimidate” her as she attempted to take his name, license number and insurance details, which she claims he lied about.Dupuy says he gave her the fake name “James Clark” and a fake number, which she says was confirmed by Bennet’s insurance adjuster. Days after the collision, Dupuy wrote a letter to Lohan’s rep trying to “settle the situation,” but says she hasn’t heard back. Lohan’s rep says she did get the letter but “filed it away,” adding “I assumed the letter was sent to Lindsay’s lawyers . That’s what they’re paid for.”

Lubell also gave Richie three years’ probation and warned that she would go to jail for a year if she violates it. She was ordered to enroll in the second-offender drug and alcohol program and must prove that she completed it by Feb. 20, 2008.”You are not to drive with any measurable amount of alcohol or drugs in your system,” Lubell told her. “You are not to drive without a driver’s license.”Lubell said the state Department of Motor Vehicles will decide whether to suspend her license.

A source close to Federline says, “I’m sure Kevin’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is mulling over how to handle this.” Under California law, neither parent is allowed to take a child out of state without written permission from the other, or by obtaining a court order. According to a source,”Spears failed to notify her ex-husband or Kaplan that she was taking the children to Las Vegas.” During her trip she ate, shopped and pampered herself at a spa at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel-Casino. Later, her bodyguard got in a fight with some paparazzi who were taking pictures of Spears at the hotel. The bodyguard, Cesar Julio Camera, allegedly attacked the photographers after one reportedly bumped into him as he was holding Spears’ older son. Camera is accused of beating the photographer while he was on the ground. Wynn Hotel personnel rushed to pull the bodyguard off him.A press release issued by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says, “Britney also filed a crime report on behalf of her minor child.” In the report, Britney claims the photogographer “battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears’ child, who was at that time being held by the security officer.” Metro police took statements from everyone and the management of the Wynn reportedly kicked Britney and everyone with her out of the hotel. The Wynn also issued a release stating Spears “elected to leave the resort of her own accord.” They had no comment beyond that. The Las Vegas police cited Spears’ bodyguard for beating the photographer from the Flynet agency. The photographer was treated for his injuries and more charges will likely be filed.

Camera was accused of grabbing and punching one photographer and pushing another into a wall about at the spa at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel-Casino. Camera was issued a misdemeanor battery summons after the scuffle. “No serious injuries resulted,” police said. Neither Spears, nor the children were reported to have been hurt.”There were no signs of injuries to her or the children, nor is she listed as a victim,” Las Vegas police Sgt. John Loretto said. “She is listed in police reports as a witness, along with one man and five other women.”The only person issued a citation was Ms. Spears’ private security guard, Mr. Camera,” Loretto said. Police said the scuffle, which was captured on security videotape, occurred after photographers Andrew Deetz and Kyle Henderson approached Spears and her entourage in a hallway and a hotel security guard told them to put their photo equipment away. Henderson allegedly bumped Camera, who was holding Spears’ son, Sean. Spears screamed, Camera “shouldered” Henderson against a wall, gave the child to Spears, and ran after Henderson and Deetz, according to police reports. Police said Camera punched Deetz, who showed officers a lump and abrasion on his forehead. Henderson was not reported to have been hurt. Loretto said he did not know when Camera was scheduled to respond to the summons. He could face up to six months in county jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

Reports later claimed the interview had ended with Spears storming off after three hours with more than $20,000 worth of designer clothes and jewelry, which had been borrowed for the photo shoot. Spears is allegedly blaming her recent negative publicity on Funk. A source says “Britney felt a lot of her recent troubles started and stopped with Shannon. Britney thought she was talking badly about her. She was very rude and Britney felt she was letting business emails fall by the wayside.” Funk replaced Spear’s cousin Alli Sims as her assistant after they fell out in June. They have since reconciled. Funk, who was hired and reportedly fired in the space of just a month, is now planning to sell her story. Funk claims Spears didn’t ask her to sign a confidentiality agreement and has been offered $500,000 to reveal intimate secrets and images of Spears. Funk claims she wasn’t fired and is in talks with a number of publications to tell all.

We were coming home and out of nowhere this huge white GMC came up. At one point, she can be heard yelling: “Oh my God, what is he doing?” Lohan was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of drunken driving and cocaine possession, among other charges, after a high-speed chase through the Santa Monica area near Los Angeles. It was the second time in a month that Lohan has faced drunken-driving charges. Police arrested Lohan in a parking lot with two passengers in the back of the car that police said she was driving. The men who claimed to be inside with Lohan claimed that, during the chase, Lohan boasted she would not be arrested.”I can’t get into trouble. I’m a celebrity,” one of the passengers claimed Lohan said. He also said Lohan told police she was not driving and instead blamed “the black kid,” referring to one of the other three people in the vehicle. It was not clear whether they were friends of Lohan or if they were willing participants in the chase.

Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake claim they drove to Malibu with the boyfriend of Lindsay Lohan’s assistant. Lindsay and her assistant ran into Nigro and his friends and the assistant said Lindsay wanted to invite them to a Malibu party that night. Dante says that he and his friends drove to the party. Dante and the assistant’s boyfriend were let in, but Sutter and Blake were rejected and stayed outside. Dante says Lindsay was never without a drink during the evening and he even did a shot with her. At one point, Lindsay’s assistant and her boyfriend walked outside and got into an argument. Lindsay came out and got angry at her assistant. The assistant then said, “I quit,” which enraged Lindsay. Ronnie says Lindsay looked “very messed up” and “raging.” Dante and his friends were ready to leave. According to the group, Lindsay suddenly jumped in the driver’s seat of the Denali, and started driving away, chasing the assistant’s car. Ronnie says he was so fearful, he jumped out of the vehicle as it accelerated. Just as he hit the ground, he says Lindsay ran over his foot and just kept going. Dante and Jakon say Lindsay drove down the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Dante says he tried to grab the wheel, prompting Lindsay to say, “If you touch me I’ll sue you.” Jakon says they pleaded with her to stop. Dante says they were going 100 MPH. They say Lindsay caught up with the assistant and began doing circles around the assistant’s car. They say at one point, Lindsay boasted, “I can’t get in trouble. I’m a celebrity. I can do whatever I want.” The two cars stopped in a parking lot near the police station. When police arrived, Dante says Lindsay told officers, “I wasn’t driving. The black kid was driving.” Dante and Jakon say they saw Lindsay flunk the field sobriety test. “When she tried touching her nose, she almost fell over.”

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Dept., Lohan was stopped around 2:15 AM.Police pulled her over after they got a call of a vehicle being chased by another vehicle. The chasing vehicle was being driven by Lohan. Lohan was driving a white Denali. She was chasing a Cadillac Escalade.Lohan was arrested this time for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and possession of cocaine. A law enforcement source connected with the arrest says, “Lindsay was ‘a real bitch in the field.’” The source adds, “Lohan was uncooperative and showed obvious signs of intoxication.” She refused to submit to a PASD, Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device, a chemical test administered in the field to determine blood alcohol levels. The police did administer a walk-the-line test, and Lohan flunked. Just last week, Lohan was booked by Beverly Hills PD for an alleged Memorial Day weekend DUI crash. She was due back in court on August 24 to face charges of driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and misdemeanor hit and run.

The assistant had just quit hours before.”The mother was afraid,” Padilla said. “She wasn’t quite sure what was going on so she called the police saying she wanted to make sure everything was going to be OK.” “The woman apparently didn’t realize it was Lohan who was behind her,” Padilla said. He didn’t know why Lohan was trying to catch the woman, whom he didn’t name. The woman drove her black Cadillac Escalade into the parking lot of Santa Monica’s Civic Auditorium, about a block away from the Santa Monica Police Department, followed by Lohan driving a Denali sport utility vehicle. “Authorities arrived and saw Lohan and the woman in “heated debate,” Padilla said. “Lohan and the woman each had two passengers in their vehicles,” Padilla said. After a field sobriety test, Lohan was arrested on two misdemeanor charges of suspicion of driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license and two felony charges of possession of cocaine and transport of a narcotic, Sgt. Shane Talbot said. Less than two weeks out of rehab, with another drunk driving case pending, Lohan had a blood-alcohol level of between .12 and .13 percent when police found her, Sgt. Talbot said. “During a pre-booking search, police found cocaine in one of Lohan’s pants pockets,” Talbot said. Lohan left Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility on July 13, after a stay of more than six weeks. When she left, her publicist, Leslie Sloan Zelnik said Lohan would voluntarily wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet. “In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served,” Zelnik said in a statement at the time. Padilla said he wasn’t sure if Lohan was wearing it when she was stopped early Tuesday.
